In the course of my day I ran across two exceptionally vital vulvar and vaginal health updates for every woman. My dear friends, you mean the world to me, so I thought I would share because every good friend should be genitally conscious. Or, in other words, I care about the health of your vag and vulv.
#8) Dry right. Don't scorch with a hairdryer, just pat dry. Don't use someone else's towels.
**This is a very presumptive statement given the current trend in genital grooming. And, you know, when I get out of the bathroom and I'm blowdrying my 'down there', I'm often struck by how close I come to scorching myself with my high wattage 1850 hair dryer. When I had the 850 I never really had a problem, but when I made the jump to 1850...look the hell out! It was smoke city for a while there.
**I am often moments away from skin blistering when I realize that my vulvar health is at risk and I grab the guest towel to pat myself down.
9) Loosen up. Thongs, snap-crotch bodysuits and tight spandex can rub back and forth with exercise. They can trap sweat, leading to irritation, even cracking the skin. If you do wear any of the items mentioned above, be sure to take breaks every now and then.
**There is simply nothing like taking a *snap-crotch* break right in the middle of my day. Permission accepted! Sometimes I have to excuse myself from a meeting, just to take a *snap-crotch* break. Often times, people are surprised at how relieved I appear when I make my way back from one of these breaks; I just wink and mouth "*snap-crotch* break", and they shake their head with complete understanding.
**I never, however, take a *tight spandex* break. Well, that's not entirely true. I only take a break when my thighs suddenly ignite due to the friction I generate while walking from one place to another. I guess I'll have to start incorporating a *snap-crotch* and a *tight spandex* together for maximum impact on my vulvar and vaginal health.
To answer your question, yes there were 7 prior suggestions, but these two were the real salient messages for me.
